The work proposed refurbishes classroom 9 including development of a breakout space in the adjacent corridor. The work will replace interior linings and allow fitting of insulation to walls and ceilings where affected. Acoustic finishes will be fitted over the wall and ceiling linings. Openings will be created for vision panels between spaces. New flooring will be laid and joinery installed. A wet area bench will be included in the breakout space.
