This EOI is aimed at transforming the former 8,276 m2 Terrace End Bowling Club site into a vibrant social housing community. We are calling on partners who can offer innovative, sustainable, and community-focused design solutions that resonate with our vision for Palmerston North as a city of growth, opportunity, and inclusion. We look forward to proposals that not only address the current demand for diverse housing but also set a benchmark for future developments in the city. We welcome EOIs that focus on specific areas of expertise, including design and construction, financing and ownership, and operation and maintenance. In addition, we encourage organisations to form strategic alliances, presenting joint proposals that demonstrate a clear and cohesive plan for executing the entire project.
