Through This Tender, The Municipality Of Deventer Wishes To Contract Two Engineering Firms For Several Years That, As An Extension Of The Municipality Of Deventer, Contribute To The Realization Of The Mjop Projects. This Tender Is Divided Into A Selection And Award Phase. In The Selection Phase, A Maximum Of 5 Candidates Will Be Selected To Submit A Tender In The Award Phase. Two Tenderers Are Contracted In The Award Phase. For More Information, See The Tender Documents. All Entrepreneurs Who Meet The Requirements Are Invited To Submit A Registration. This Can Be Done Independently, As A Partnership And/Or By Calling On Third Parties And/Or Subcontractors. The Estimated Size Based On Historical Data Is Approximately 250,000 (Excl. Vat) Per Year, Which Involves Approximately 12-14 Different Additional Assignments Per Year. The Maximum Value Of The Agreement (Being A Framework Agreement) Is 2X The Expected Size In Order To Accommodate Peaks, Whereby This Maximum Will Be Indexed In Accordance With The Clause Stated In The Agreement. The Agreement Ends When The Maximum Value Is Reached Earlier Than The End Of The Intended Term. This Maximum Is Set At 6 X 250,000 X 2 Is 3,000,000 (Excl. Vat) Subject To Indexation. The Size Mentioned Above Is Only Intended As An Indication. The Contractor Cannot Derive Any Rights From This In Any Way. The Contracting Authority Has No Purchase Obligation And Does Not Provide A Turnover Guarantee. All Amounts Mentioned Are Exclusive Of Vat.
