1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation Necessary To Implement The Post-Consolidation Part Of The Investment Task, I.E. Construction Of New Roads; Reconstruction And Renovation Of Agricultural Roads; Construction Of Culverts; Reclamation Works; Tree Cover; Surveying Services For Post-Consolidation Development; Authors Supervision And Implementation Of The Investment By The Contractor In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Design Documentation, Stwiorb And The Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of The Contract. The Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Project Called: Consolidation Of Land In The Village Of Przeginia, Commune Of Jerzmanowice - Przeginia. The Contract Will Be Implemented With The Use Of Funds From The European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development Under The Rural Development Program For 2014-2020 And The Implementation Of The Task Should Be In Accordance With The Terms Of The Subsidy. 2.
