The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Including The Sale Of Natural Gas And Distribution Services To Three Gas Boiler Rooms Located In Buildings Owned By The Grodzisk District. Currently, The Comprehensive Agreement For The Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Above-Mentioned Facilities Is Pgnig Obr t Detaliczny Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Jana Kazimierza 3, 01-248 Warszawa. Pursuant To Art. 31B. Paragraph 2 Point 2 Of The Excise Duty Act, The Ordering Party Is Exempt From Excise Duty, Therefore The Unit Price Of Gas Fuel Should Not Include The Excise Tax Rate. The Ordering Party Agrees That Unit Prices Are Expressed To A Maximum Of Five Decimal Places, Because Fuel Prices Gas On The Polish Power Exchange Are Given In Pln Per Mwh, Which, When Converted Into Kwh, Gives The Price With An Accuracy Of Five Decimal Places. The First Part Includes Facilities At: Ul. Daleka 11A In Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Ul. Piasta 30 In Milan wek. In The Building At Daleka 11A, There Is A Viessmann Werke Gmbh Gas Boiler Installed In The Basement With A Capacity Of 170.0 Kw Only For Central Heating. In The Piasta 30 Building There Are Two Wall-Mounted Condensing Boilers With A Capacity Of 45.0 Kw Each For Heating And Domestic Hot Water. The Ordering Party Agrees To Settle Individual Consumption Points In Accordance With The Osd Reading Schedule, I.E.: W-4 - Reading Every 1 Month, W-5 - Reading Every 1 Month. The Ordering Party Agrees To Receive Preliminary Invoices In The W-5 Tariff Group Based On The Forecast Consumption Of Gaseous Fuel And A Settlement Invoice For The Consumed Gaseous Fuel Issued At The End Of The Settlement Period, The Amount Of Which Will Be Reduced By The Amount Resulting From The Preliminary Invoices.
