1) The Subject Of The Contract For A Social Service Includes: Care Services For Residents Of The Municipality Of Rumia - Beneficiaries Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Rumia - Services For People Using Social Assistance, Usually Incapable Of Independent Existence, Who Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons Require The Assistance Of Other People Granted In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended), Provided In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract/Awarding The Order But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2024. Until December 31, 2024, In Accordance With The Local Standard Of Care Services To Which The Ordering Party Granted These Services By Administrative Decision, At The Place Of Residence/Stay In The Municipality Of Rumia
