The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Care Services For Mops Beneficiaries In Kwidzyn At Their Place Of Residence. 1. Care Services Will Be Provided At The Place Of Residence Of Persons Supported By Mops In Kwidzyn, Hereinafter Referred To As Beneficiaries.2. The Average Monthly Estimated Number Of Beneficiaries Will Be 60 People. Care Services May Be Provided On Working Days And Public Holidays In Accordance With Issued Administrative Decisions.3. The Estimated Number Of Hours Per Month Will Be 2,600. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Care Services Will Be Provided And The Actual Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Per Month Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Care Services (The Number Of People And Hours May Be Reduced Or Increased). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 4.1. Pursuant To Art. 50 Of The Social Assistance Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended), A Single Person Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Requires The Help Of Other People And Is Deprived Of It, Is Entitled To Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Or Specialized Care Services. 4.2 The Ordering Party Informs That, In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In This Regard, Assistance In The Form Of Care Services Is Available To: 1) Lonely People Who, Due To Age, Illness Or Other Reasons, Require The Help Of Other People And Are Deprived Of It, 2) People Who Require The Help Of Other People Persons, And The Family, As Well As The Spouse, Ascendants And Descendants Who Do Not Live Together Cannot Provide Such Assistance. 4.3 Pursuant To The Act On Social Assistance, The Scope Of Care Services Includes In Particular: 4.3.1. Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs1) Purchase Of Food And Industrial Products Necessary For Running A Household;2) Preparing Or Delivering Simple Meals According To The Diet Recommended By A Doctor Or Assistance In Preparing Meals;3) At The Request Of The Beneficiary Or The Ordering Party, Delivering 1 Hot Meal A Day From The Facility Catering Indicated By The Ordering Party Or The Beneficiary; 4) Assistance In Eating Meals Or Feeding (If The Health Condition Requires It), While Maintaining Food Hygiene And Cleanliness Of Table And Kitchen Utensils. 4.3.2. Hygienic Care For The Patient And Their Surroundings 1) Assistance With The Purchase/Purchase Of Necessary: Groceries, Household Or Industrial Products (From The Clients Financial Resources);2) Paying Bills, Reliable And Timely Settlement Of The Funds Spent;3) Maintaining Personal Hygiene Of The Client By: Washing, Combing, Bathing , Assistance In Meeting Physiological Needs, Keeping Personal Underwear And Bedding Clean, Assistance With Dressing; 4) Keeping The Immediate Surroundings Clean On An Ongoing Basis (Excluding Heavy Cleaning Work) - Washing Floors, Vacuuming, Keeping Order In Wardrobes, Taking Out Garbage, Washing Windows, Airing Rooms, 5) Keeping Table And Kitchen Utensils Clean; 6) Keeping Sanitary Equipment Clean, E.G. Basin, Duck, Swimming Pool, Bathtub, Potty, Toilet; 7) Keeping Clean Auxiliary Equipment That Facilitates Everyday Functioning, E.G. Wheelchair, Walker, Lift 8) Washing Personal Underwear (Day And Night), Bed Linen, Towels And The Patients Clothes (Provided They Have A Washing Machine) Or Taking Them To And Collecting Them From The Laundry; 9) Necessary Ironing Of Clothes And Underwear; 10) Bringing Fuel And Burning In Furnace, Ash Removal;11)Toilet (Washing The Body, Washing The Head, Oral Care, Hair Care/Help With Bathing/Shaving, Hygiene Of Fingernails And Toenails, Cleaning Of Dentures);12)Help With Dressing, Changing Underwear And Bedding; 13) Making The Bed; 14) Assistance With Physiological Needs (Taking Him To The Toilet Or Putting On And Changing Diapers And Panties, Taking Into Account Activities To Prevent Pressure Sores And Diaper Rash). 4.3.3. Care Recommended By A Doctor And Other Services 1) Administering Medications, Measuring Temperature, Measuring Heart Rate And Blood Pressure;2) Applying Compresses And Wraps, Changing Dressings, Injecting Insulin;3) Arranging Medical Appointments, Medical Visits At The Clinic, Participating In Specialist Treatments;4) Filling Prescriptions At The Pharmacy;5) Carrying Out Motor Rehabilitation ( Sitting, Learning To Walk, Standing Upright, Learning Self-Service);6) Contact With A Doctor In Matters Relating To The Health Of The Patient (Especially In Situations Of Deterioration Of The Patients Health);7) Maintaining The Psychophysical Condition Of The Patient, E.G. Encouraging And Accompanying In Physical Activity (E.G. . Walks) And Intellectual (E.G. Conversations, Reading Newspapers And Books, Solving Crosswords, Board Games); 8) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters In Consultation With The Person Under Care; 9) Assistance In Contacts With The Local Community. 4.4 Supervision And Organization Of Care Services, Arranging Caregivers Work Schedule.
