Zwyci stwa 124, 61-646 Pozna . The Order Will Be Fulfilled According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Partial Orders. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Quantity Of Ordered Goods Within Individual Product Ranges Depending On Demand, Provided That The Ordering Party Guarantees The Purchase Of Goods With A Value Constituting 40% Of The Total Gross Offer Price. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For Damages In This Respect. The Ordering Party Requires That The Deliveries Of The Ordered Items Were Successively Delivered To The Addresses Indicated Above, Transported And Unloaded At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Within No Longer Than 72 Hours From Placing The Order (Via Fax Or E-Mail). All Delivered Articles Must Have The Legally Required Approval For Use And Hygienic And Sanitary Approvals Or Certificates Issued By Relevant Institutions (E.G. Pzh). The Delivered Products, In Particular Chemicals, Must Have Labels In Polish With Instructions For Use And Safety Of Their Use And Have Valid Expiry Dates (At Least 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery). The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Assortment In A Quality Consistent With Applicable Quality Standards, In Original, Intact Manufacturers Packaging With A Label In Polish, Containing: The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Full Address Of Its Registered Office, Name, Quantity Of The Product, Product Composition, Method Of Use, Date Of Production And The Expiry Date Of The Product And The Address/E-Mail Address/Telephone Number Of The Place Where You Can Obtain An Ingredient Data Sheet (Applies To: Detergents). In Case Of Doubts Regarding The Properties Of The Delivered Product, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test It In The Laboratory At The Contractors Expense. In The Event Of Three Non-Compliance Of The Delivered Assortment With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Terminate The Contract Immediately. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide, Together With The First Delivery And At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Position Cards With The Principles Of Safe Use Of Cleaning And Disinfecting Preparations And Safety Data Sheets For Hazardous Substances Or Dangerous Preparation, Permission Of The Minister Responsible For Health To Place A Biocidal Product On The Market - In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of October 9, 2015 On Biocidal Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 1926). Safety Data Sheets Prepared Pursuant To Art. 31 Of The Regulation On The Registration, Evaluation, Authorization And Restriction Of Chemicals (Reach), In Accordance With The Format Set Out In Annex Ii To The Reach Regulation, Must Contain Information Such As The Properties Of Each Chemical Substance Or Mixture, Physical, Health And Environmental Hazards, Protective Measures And Precautions When Handling, Storing And Transporting The Chemical Substance. In Items Relating To Products Indicated By The Trade Name, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers (The Contractor Indicates An Equivalent Product In The Offer). Attention!!!
