1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Build Modernization Of Primary School No. 53 At Ul. Rudzka 6 In Warsaw In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Functional And Utility Program Developed By The Atm Projekt Tomasz Kr l Office. Volume Of The Facility: 14,770 M3.2. Location (Address): Primary School No. 53 Is Located On A Large Plot In The Area Of Rudzka And Klaudyna Streets In The Bielany District Of The Capital City. Warsaw, Plot No. 2, District 7-04-04. 3. The Scope Of Work, In Particular, Concerns: Modernization Of The Playground With Replacement Of The Surface And Sports Equipment, Relocation Of The So-Called External Space. Green Classroom Together With The Additional Construction Of A Section Of Internal Fencing Separating The Utility Zones Of The School Yard For Different Purposes; Thermal Modernization Of The Facade Of The Facility Along With Necessary Repair Works And Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Vertical Air Terminals Of The Lightning Protection System, Refreshment Of Metal-Plastic Elements On The Facade And Adjacent Elements (Balustrades, Covers Of Lighting Wells , Protective Grates), Installation Of Balustrades On Flights Of Stairs Within The Inner Courtyard, Installation Of Balustrades And A Roof Over The Entrance To The Kitchen Technology Rooms At The North-West Corner Of The Main Building, Installation Of A Roof Over The Entrance At The Eastern Staircase, Construction Of Curtain Walls On The Eastern And Western Sides Flight Of External Stairs Of The Main Entrance, In Sections Corresponding To The Reach Of The Existing Roof; Replacement Of Cold And Hot Water Installations, Excluding Renovated Public Toilets, Replacement Of Internal Fire Hydrants, Replacement Of Central Heating Installations Along With Radiators And Radiator Covers, Including Sections Running In Space Of Renovated Public Toilets And Dismantling Of Existing Solid Wood Covers, Replacement Of Sanitary Sewage Systems, Excluding Sections Running Through Renovated Public Toilets And Sewer Lines; Replacement Of Existing Window Joinery In The Gymnasium Connector And In The Curtain Walls Of Staircases, With A Solution Using Aluminum Fa ade System - Curtain Fa ade, Partial Replacement Of Internal Doors In General Circulation Corridors, Together With The Necessary Works To Ensure Compliance With The Passage Light Parameters Required By Modern Construction Law, In Accordance With The Intended Use Of The Rooms; Replacement Of Bumper Strips On The Walls Of General Circulation Corridors, Along With Painting The Walls, Replacement Of Floors With General Communication Corridors; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures In General Communication Corridors, Excluding Evacuation And Emergency Lighting Fixtures; 3.1 In Order To Achieve The Result Referred To Above, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Development Of Design Documentation For All Industries Along With Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Works, Bill Of Quantities And Investors Cost Estimate, Based On The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To The Swz, Together With Opinions, Arrangements, Permits, To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreementb) Performance Of Complete Construction And Assembly Works In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation For All Industries And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; C) Performing Authors Supervision. Note! 1. The Ordering Party Informs That The Works Will Be Carried Out On An Active Facility. Planned Media Shutdowns For The Duration Of Work Should Always Be Agreed With The Facilitys Administration, With Preference Given To Dates On Days Off From School And Work, As Well As During Holidays And Statutory Holidays.2. The Ordering Party Requires That When Organizing The Works, Special Attention Be Paid To The Safety Of Children And School Staff.4. Accessibility For Disabled People. The Scope Of The Planned Works Does Not Affect The Accessibility Of The Facility For Disabled People. Within The Scope Of The Works Being The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Implementation Of Internal Communication For Disabled People Between Individual Floors Of The Facility. During The Implementation Of The Works And After Their Completion, It Is Necessary To Maintain The Necessary Conditions For The Use Of The Facility By Disabled People, Without Worsening The Existing Condition.5. Social Clauses: The Ordering Party Provides For Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Were Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In:6.1 Designed Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into Its Content - Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz;6.2 Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) - Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Note: The Above Ffu May Be Used Only For Public Procurement Purposes. The Ordering Party Referred To The Standards In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Functional And Utility Program Referred To Above. If The Contractor Offers A Solution That Does Not Directly Correspond To The Reference Standards Described In The Above-Mentioned Functional And Utility Program, Then The Contractor Is Obliged To Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence Referred To In Articles 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Act, That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order To An Equivalent Extent. In Such A Case, The Subject Documents Referred To In Point 26.2.6 Lit. A) The Contractor Submits The Swz Together With The Offer.7. Deadline For Order Completion. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Completed Within 48 Weeks (I.E. 336 Days) From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Provided That The Deadline For Completing The Design Documentation Referred To In 1 Section 1 Letter A) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Is 12 Weeks From The Date Of Signing The Contract.8. Optional On-Site Visit: 1) The Ordering Party Informs That An Optional On-Site Visit Will Be Carried Out, Which Will Enable Getting Acquainted With The Subject Of The Order In The Facility Of The Primary School No. 53 At Ul. Rudzka 6 In Warsaw, On December 11, 2023 At 13:00.2) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Date/Set An Additional Date For The Visit.3) Contractors Are Asked To Arrive At The Meeting Point, I.E. The School Building At Ul. Street Rudzka 6 In Warsaw 5 Minutes Before The Planned Date Of The Site Visit.4) Before The Start Of The Site Visit, The Contractors Representatives Will Be Obliged To Sign The Attendance List (Name, Surname, Company Of The Represented Contractor).5) The Ordering Party Will Not Provide Explanations During The Site Visit. Regarding Swz.6) The Transport Of Persons Taking Part In The On-Site Visit Will Be At Their Own Expense And On Their Own.
