1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Animal Products, Meat And Meat Products, Cold Cuts In The Quantity And Quality Indicated In The Annex To Swz - Opz For Part 12. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented Successively, In Batches - According To The Ordering Partys Needs On Working Days From Monday To Friday In Accordance With The Delivery Schedule Constituting Annex 4 To This Specification.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Scope Of The Order. In Such A Case, The Seller Will Not Pursue Any Claims From The Buyer In This Respect, And The Buyer Guarantees The Delivery Of Deliveries Constituting The Subject Of The Order At A Level Not Lower Than 70%.5. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Goods Free From Defects. If The Contractor Notifies The Ordering Party That The Quality And/Or Quantity Of The Delivered Articles Is Inconsistent With The Order Placed (The Goods Are Defective), The Contractor Is Obliged To Do So Within 2 Hours Of The Ordering Partys Notification (In Writing Or By E-Mail Or Telephone Or In Person Based On A Written Protocol).
