Food Products Should Be Delivered In Original, Intact Packaging Containing Factory Markings, I.E. Type, Name, Product, Quantity, Expiration Date, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer And Other Markings In Accordance With Applicable Food Law Provisions. The Delivered Food Products, Depending On Their Category, Must Have All The Necessary Documents Required By Law Regarding Food Products With Each Delivery. Transport Should Take Place In Accordance With Haccap Requirements And Sanitary And Epidemiological Regulations. The Contractor Must Be Available On Every Working Day. The Ordering Party Will Not Adjust Delivery Dates To The Contractors Logistics And Distribution Capabilities.
