1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Shelter Services, I.E. Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter For Homeless People Along With Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People (Women And Men) Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ostrowiec wi tokrzyski In Accordance With Art. 48 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 901, As Amended) In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. The Shelter Is Obliged To Provide Homeless People With Services Targeted Strengthening Of Social Activity, Overcoming Homelessness And Gaining Independence In Life. As Part Of The Order, The Projected Average Daily Number Of People Sent To A Shelter For Homeless People: 10 People (Women And Men). Forecasted Total Number Of Person-Days During The Order Implementation Period: 3,660 Person-Days. By The Shelter For Homeless People Should Be Understood As A Shelter For Homeless People That Meets The Minimum Standards Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Facilities (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896)
