Part 1: Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Residential Properties, Properties With Summer Houses And Other Properties Used For Recreation And Leisure Purposes From The Area Of The Mielnik Municipality. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Service: 1) Collects Tion And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Indicated In The Description Of The Order For Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Properties And Properties On Which There Are Summer Houses And Used For Recreational Purposes, Located In The Mielnik Commune, A) Collection And Management In A Way That Ensures The Achievement Of The Required Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Re-Use Of The Following Fraction Of Municipal Waste: Paper, Metals, Plastics And Glass In A Given Year Of The Contract And The Level Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery By Other Methods Of Non-Hazardous Construction And Demolition Waste At Least In The Amount Applicable In A Given Year In Accordance With Art. 3B Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1469, As Amended) And The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On The Levels Of Recycling, Preparation For Reuse And Recovery Of Certain Fractions Of Municipal Waste By Other Methods And Achieving The Level Of Reduction In The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill At The Level Specified In Art. 3C Of The Act Of September 13, 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities And The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment On The Levels Of Limiting The Mass Of Biodegradable Municipal Waste Sent To Landfill And The Method Of Calculating The Level Of Limiting The Mass Of This Waste. B) Organizing A Selective Collection Point As Part Of A Mobile Waste Collection Once A Year, I.E. Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, C) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out, During The Duration Of The Contract, An Information And Educational Campaign Promoting The Segregation Of Municipal Waste In The Mielnik Commune. 2) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Obligations Of The Contractor Described Below Consisting In: A) Providing Property Owners With Containers For Unsegregated (Mixed) Waste (Sorting Residues) On The Principles Described In Point Iii Of This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Purchase And Delivery Of Bags For Selectively Collected Municipal Waste To Owners Of Single-Family Properties On The Terms Described In Point Iii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 5A To The Swz), C) Providing Owners Of Multi-Family Properties With Containers For Separately Collected Municipal Waste, On The Principles Described In Point Iii Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 5A To The Swz), D) Preparing A Schedule Of Services According To The Principles Described In Point Iv Of The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex 5A To The Swz), E) Reporting Related To The Activities Covered By The Order, I.E.
