The Estimated Monthly Average Number Of Beneficiaries Will Be: For Part I: Shelters For The Homeless - Up To 7 People Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Actual Number Of People To Whom Shelter Services Will Be Provided Will Depend On The Actual Number Of People Who Require Assistance In The Form Of Shelter Services For People Homeless People From The Area Of Milan wek, Therefore The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Exhaust The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Or To Increase It By 1 Person. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Change In The Life And Health Situation Of The Person Using The Shelter. The Ordering Party Will Pay Only For The Duration Of The Actual Stay Of The Homeless People Referred To The Shelter. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Control The Quality Of The Services Provided And The Compliance Of Their Performance With The Contract And The Requirements Contained In This Inquiry. The Milan wek Commune Will Sign An Agreement With The Selected Bidder Specifying The Rights And Obligations Of Its Parties, Including Ensuring Readiness To Accept People Managed By The Social Services Center In Milan wek.
