1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Brand New Computer Equipment And Software. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.2. Brand New Equipment And Devices Are Required, Free From Physical Defects, Coming From Current Production And Having The Legally Required Approvals And Certificates Allowing For Marketing In The Eu.3. Insurance And Transport Of Equipment And Devices To The Ordering Party Will Be At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service For The Purchased Equipment And Devices.5. Delivery Will Take Place Within 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract.
