Tenders Are Invited For Security And Cleaning Service Inside Buildings Located In Lublin At Ul. Uniwersytecka 4 And Ul. Marii Curie Sk odowska 3 With The Provision Of Materials And Cleaning Products
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Contractors Provision Of Security And Cleaning Services Inside The Building At Ul. Uniwersytecka 4 In Lublin And Rooms No. 0.10 (Ground Floor), 3.06 E And D (3Rd Floor) Located In The Building At Ul. Marii Curie-Sk odowska 3 In Lublin, Including The Provision Of Materials And Cleaning Products.2. The Contractor Will Provide The Service From 3:15 P.M. On Working Days From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Agreed Hours Of Service Provision On The Terms Specified In The Material Provisions Of The Agreement.4. The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Its Signing. The Contractor Will Commence The Provision Of The Services No Later Than On The First Business Day After Signing The Agreement.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To Swz.6. The Contractor In Particular Undertakes To: 1) Clean Inside The Building Located At Ul. Uniwersytecka 4 In Lublin With A Total Area Of Approximately 761.00 M2, Including: First Floor - 326.00 M2, Ground Floor - 304.50 M2, Basement - 88.50 M2, Two Staircases - Approximately 42.00 M2), Described In Part 1 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.1A) Securing The Building Referred To In Point 1) By: A) Checking And Closing The Main Entrances To The Building And Internal Doors (To Rooms And Individual Floors), Extinguishing Lights And Closing Windows, B) Closing Gates And Gates And Activating (Arming And Coding) The Alarm After The Service Has Been Performed On A Given Day And The Contractors Employees Have Left The Building, 2) Cleaning Inside The Building Located In Lublin At Ul. Marii Curie-Sk odowskiej 3, Including: A Room Located On The Ground Floor, No. 0.10 - With An Area Of 27.79 M2 And Rooms Located On The 3Rd Floor, No. 3.06 E And 3.06 D - With A Total Area Of 39.73 M2 (Total Area Of Rooms - 67, 52 M2), Described In Part 2 Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.3) Providing Materials And Cleaning Products Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract And Providing Its Own Devices And Equipment Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
