The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In The Supply Of Electricity Together With The Electricity Distribution Service For The Needs Of The W sosz Commune In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annex To The Swz, In Accordance With The Provisions Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law. Average Annual Amount Of Electricity Planned To Be Downloaded: 1,331,243 Mwh2. The Value Of Demand For Electricity Indicated Above Is An Estimated Value, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract And Cannot Under Any Circumstances Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. Actual Settlements Will Be Based On Current Readings Of Measurement And Billing Systems For The Supply Of Electricity In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, And For The Distribution Of Electricity Will Be Based On The Fees Resulting From The Distribution System Operator Tariff.3. The Supply Of Electricity And The Provision Of Distribution Services Will Take Place Under The Conditions Specified In The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 (Journal Of Laws Of 2012, Item 1059, As Amended), The Implementing Provisions Of This Act, And In Particular The Regulation Minister Of Economy Of May 4, 2007 On Specific Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (Journal Of Laws Of 2007, No. 93, Item 623), The Tariff For Electricity Distribution Services Of The Relevant Distribution System Operator (Dso Tariff), The Operation And Instruction Manual Operation Of The Distribution Network (Ir And Esd) And Generally Applicable Legal Regulations.
