(Reduction Or Increase) During The Term Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Ensures The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Contractual Remuneration. Intended For This Purpose. - Deliveries Will Be Made No Later Than The Next Day By 8.00, Counting From The Date Of Placing The Order No Later Than The Previous Day Until 9.00, By Phone, Orders For Individual Products From The Packages, Unless The Order Is Placed Earlier Than One Day Before The Desired Delivery And A Specific Delivery Date Is Set By The Ordering Party. - In Exceptional Situations, Additional Orders May Occur On The Same Day. - The Contractor Also Undertakes To Unload The Goods And Move Them To The Food Warehouse At Kindergarten No. 7 In Zakopane At Ul. Nowotarska 32A.- The Contractor Undertakes To Attach A Quality Certificate Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract (Certificate) Or A Commercial Identification Document Each Time Of Delivery.- The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract With A Clean Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Case Of Transport Of Meat And Cold Cuts, With A Vehicle Approved For Use. By The National Trade Inspection. - If The Ordering Party Finds A Defective Batch Of The Delivered Goods, The Complaint Will Be Reported By Phone.
