The Car Must Be Complete, Free From Physical (Design, Material And Workmanship), Technical And Legal Defects. The Car Must Be Roadworthy. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 3. Common Order Dictionary: Main Subject: 16700000-2 - Tractors, 4. The Warranty Period Is: Minimum 24 Months - Or 1,500 Engine Hours. 5. All Documents Necessary To Complete The Order Can Be Found On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure. 6. Wherever The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Annexes To The Tor, Contains Terms Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractors To Offer Equivalent Products, Materials Or Devices. The Names And Types Used Should Be Treated As Exemplary Solutions Specifying The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence, I.E. Quality Standards, Appearance And Technical Parameters. All Materials, Devices And Technologies From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That Equivalent Solutions Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Used In Design Calculations. Solutions Other Than Those Specified In The Tender Documentation Are Permitted As Equivalent, Provided That They Meet The Criteria Used To Assess Equivalence, I.E. Guaranteeing Equivalent Technical And Technological Parameters Not Worse Than Those Specified In The Tender Documentation And Compliance With Applicable Legal Requirements. The Given Types And Their Characteristics Can Only Serve To Better Select Substitutes. 7. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers, I.E. Materials, Devices, Supplies, Services Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract By The Ordering Party (I.E. Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Reference Systems Technical), And The Burden Of Proving Equivalence In Relation To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Contractor, In Particular Using The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law
