Urban Planning Services Necessary For The Development Of The Urban Plan For Protected Built-Up Areas Fabric Zone And The Related Local Urban Planning Regulations. On The Basis Of The Contract, Urban Planning Services Will Be Provided Necessary For The Development Of The Urban Plan For Protected Built-Up Areas Fabric Zone And The Related Local Urban Planning Regulation, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Design Theme, Specifications And Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Urban Planning Certificate , Attached To The Award Documentation. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification / Additional Information, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers, Provided That The Requests Will Be Addressed At Least 22 Days Before The Deadline Set For Submission Offers. Clarifications Submitted After This Deadline Will No Longer Be Taken Into Account.
