The Ordering Party Requests An Indication In Each Item Of The Price Form, The Tire Brand And Tread Name. Offered In The Price Form, Tires Should Have The Status Available On The Day Of Opening The Offers And During The Period Of Price Verification Carried Out By The Ordering Party, Within The Specified Period In Section Xvii Point 3 Of The Swz. Loss Of Available Status During This Period Will Result Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Act On Public Procurement, As Not Meeting The Requirements Terms Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Carrying Out Part Of The Task By: Subcontractors. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Own And Publicly Available Online Sales Platform With Unit Prices Tires, Which He Will Be Obliged To Provide In The Offer Form. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Publicly Available Sales Platform Had At Least The Following Functions: Ability To Search For Tires By Size, Manufacturer, Speed Index, Load Index, Type Of Vehicle (Passenger Car, Delivery Truck, Etc.). The Contractor Has Its Own And Publicly Accessible An Online Sales Platform That Will Have The Minimum Required Functions Is Continuous From The Date Of Opening The Offers Until The Expiry Of The Contract Period. No Any Of The Functions Required By The Ordering Party, Confirmed At The Stage Of Examination And Evaluation Of Offers Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5) Of The Act On Public Procurement, As Not Meeting The Terms Of The Order.
