The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of High-Quality Articles - Goods To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Attachment From No. 7.1. To No. 7.8., For A Given Product Group. The Quantities Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Approximate Quantities, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Quantity Of Ordered Products Within The Product Group. The Order Was Divided Into Product Groups. The Subject Of The Order Includes Eight Separate Parts, Including: Part No. 1: Ready-Made Products: Lazy Dumplings, Silesian Dumplings, Dumplings, Pampuchy, Patties, Dumplings, Dumplings, Etc. Additional Provisions:3.1. A One-Time Demand Submitted To The Supplier Does Not Have To Cover All Items Of The Product Range Covered By The Subject Of The Contract.3.2. Delivery Of Goods To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Including Bringing The Ordered Goods To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3.3. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: 3.3.1. Means Of Transport Appropriate For The Transported Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law;3.3.2. Appropriate Protection Of The Subject Of The Contract During Transport, Under Pain Of Liability For Any Shortcomings And Defects Occurring During Transport;3.3.3. Compliance With The Legal Provisions Applicable To The Transport Of This Type Of Subject Matter Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Service: 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively, From Monday To Friday, Taking Into Account Public Holidays, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Reported To The Contractor, In Particular In Electronic Form From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Not Earlier Than From January 2, 2024 To December 31 .2024 4.2. The Contractor Will Guarantee Delivery (Transport) Of The Subject Of The Order, Using A Means Of Transport Appropriately Adapted To Transport Art. Foodstuffs, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Having The Required Permit And Ensuring Adequate Quality Protection Of The Product Against Weather Factors And Other Damage.4.3. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Who Will Participate In The Execution Of The Order Have A Valid Medical Certificate Necessary To Perform Activities Involving Contact With Food.4.4. The Contractor Will Undertake To Deliver The Goods Within The Specified Time To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Bearing The Risk And Cost Of Transport And Unloading.4.5.
