The Consultation Will Result In A Single-Award Framework Agreement At Mixed Prices: -A Part At A Fixed Price, Based On The Prices Indicated In The Commitment Document, For Services Relating To Preventive Maintenance; -A Part With Purchase Orders, Without Annual Minimum And With An Annual Maximum Of 15,000 Excluding Tax, In Application Of Article R 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code, Concerning Services Relating To The Supply Of Materials Listed In The Unit Price Schedule And The Order Of Materials From Catalog For One-Off Needs Not Identified In The Bpu. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded For A Period Of One Year From Its Notification Date.
