The Deliveries For The Separate Positions Are Carried Out For The Needs Of The University Of Rousse Angel Kanchev And Its Affiliates In The City Of Razgrad, Silistra And Vidin. After The Conclusion Of The Contracts For Each Of The Specific Items, In View Of The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority After 01.01.2024 And If Necessary, It Is Possible To Explicitly Indicate For Each Of The Items Which Editions /Or How Many Items Of Specific Editions/Where Exactly Will Be Delivered Respectively In Ruse, Razgrad, Silistra And Vidin. The Contractor Under Specific Position No. 1 Will Have The Obligation To Deliver Some Of The Bulgarian Periodicals Intended For Delivery In The City Of Ruse, Not To The University Library, But To Other Units Of The University In The City Of Ruse, According To The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority After 01.01.2024 Year. For Each Of The Individual Positions, Draft Contracts Have Been Prepared, In Which Additional Specific Requirements For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated. Place Of Performance /For All Specific Positions/ - The City Of Ruse, Razgrad, Silistra And Vidin, According To The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Indicated Estimated Values Are The Maximum Financial Resources That The Contracting Authority Allows To Absorb For Each Of The Individual Items Separately.
