Tenders Are Invited For Framework Agreement - Purchase Of Work Clothes For Insikkt

Insight Companies Sirkula Iks, Horisont Miljøpark Iks, Hadeland Og Ringerike Avfallsselskap As And Renovasjonsselskapet Glør Iks (Contractor) Are To Enter Into A New Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Work Clothes And Related Products. The Companies Will Accede To The Agreement As Described In More Detail In The Document Agreement Form Section 4.5. The Framework Agreement Must Cover The Clients Needs For Work Clothes And Related Products In A Qualitatively Good, Environmentally Friendly And Cost-Effective Manner. The Agreement Must Be Entered Into As A Framework Agreement. This Means That The Client Is First Obliged To Purchase By Calling Off The Agreement. The Agreement Is Entered Into As A Non-Exclusive Agreement. As Part Of The Agreement, The Client Will Have An Option To Supply Footwear, Gloves And Industrial Protective Clothing. The Framework Agreement Will Have A Duration Of 2 Years With An Option For The Companies To Extend This For A Further 1 + 1 Year.
