Helse Bergen Hf Is Building A Centralized Washing And Sterilization Centre, Called Parkhjørnet. The Building Is To Be Located Between The Old Building (Ghb) And The Central Block (Sb) Towards Jonas Lies Vei. The Groundwork Was Mainly Completed In 2021, And Contract K201 – Tetthus In 2023. The New Building Is 5104 M2, Of Which 1370 M2 Is Below Ground. The New Building Will Have Four Floors Above Ground And Will Have The Same Cornice Height As Ghb Towards Sb. The New Building Has A General Cornice Height Of 17.6 M Above Average Terrain. The Main Construction Is Cast-In-Place Concrete. The Contract K201 Tett Hus Entreprisen Has Been Entered Into, Signed And Executed. In This Phase, An Agreement Must Be Concluded For The Following Contracts: K202 Internal Works K301 Piping System K302 Ventilation System K401 Electrical System K501 Automation And Alarm System K701 Outdoor This Procurement Applies To Contract K501 Automation And Alarm System.
