Operation And Maintenance Of Thermal Production Facilities C.P.I Type Market (Without Fuel Supply - P2-P3) With An Incentive Clause On Fuel Savings. Each Lot Will Be Awarded Separately. The Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Operation And Maintenance Of Thermal And Vmc Production Installations. It Covers The Following Services: P2 (Maintenance And Operation) P3 (Total Guarantee) Interest In Energy Savings The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Put In Place New Technical And Financial Clauses Allowing The Optimization Of Expenses And Better Control Of Heating And Domestic Hot Water Production Costs.
