The Assignment Consists Of Drawing Up The Municipal Spatial Implementation Plan (Including Housing Needs Study), Eia Plan, Master Plan And Landscape And Management Plan. The Multidisciplinary Team Responsible For Drawing Up The Rup (Including Housing Needs Study), Plan Eia, Master Plan And Landscape And Management Plan Carries Out The Design Research, Examines The Collaboration With The Various Partners/Owners, Examines The Environmental Effects Of Program Proposals And Combinations And Finally The Project Definition In A Design Rup Casting Before Going Through The Procedure Provided For By The Codex Vcro And With Final Determination. The Rup Must Be Drawn Up In Accordance With The Legal Requirements Procedure Described In The Flemish Codex For Spatial Planning, The So-Called Integrated Planning Process. The Flemish Government Has, In Accordance With Article 2.2.1 Made Available A Manual That Explains The Process Approach Of The Integrated Planning Process Clarified. The Contractor Describes In His Quotation How They Estimate This Part, How They Deal With The Workload Associated With This, Who Will Conduct This Research And What Effect This Has An Impact On The Price.
