Consulting Company Should Have Undertaken National Or Provincial Level Projects On Or Closely Related To Flood Control And Disaster Mitigation, Water Environment And Ecology; Within Past Five Years Of The Firm Has Assumed Independently, Or As Lead Unit, At Least One Similar Consultation Project Assignments Using Computer Numerical Model Development And Application On Risk Analysis Of Flood And Environmental Disasters And The System Platform Development, And Has Developed To A Flood And Environmental Disaster Risk Management Decision Support System, Which Has Nature And Scale Similar To This Project. 2-D Numerical Model Are To Be Used To Perform Flood And Water Quality Simulation, And Approved By Authorities. Experiences In Chongqing Or Similar Mountainous Areas In The Upper And Middle Reach Areas Of The Yangtze River Will Be Highly Evaluated. C. Joint Bidding Of The Joint Venture Is Permiitted.
