The Audit firm must have renewed the business registration license, TIN and VAT registration certificate and other relevant legal documents. The audit firm should provide a complete company profile. The major deliverables are to present formal and quality reports which disclose audit findings. The audit report must be submitted in less than three weeks from the audit date.
