This initiative is to be delivered by Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand - Waikato (the Client). b. Te Whatu Ora Waikato is undertaking this pilot on behalf of the Te Manawa Taki region for the establishment of a project management panel arrangement. Should the pilot be successful, then the arrangement potentially will be extended to the full region. c. The Te Manawa Taki Region is a network of previous DHBs that were merged under the Pae Ora (Health Futures) Act 2022 and is comprised of: i. Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty ii. Hauora Tairwhiti iii. Waikato iv. Lakes v. Taranaki. d. This will be a two stage tender process where Respondents shortlisted from this ROI will be invited to participate in a subsequent interactive tender process.
