Task I: Specialized Services For One Child, I.E.: 1) Speech Therapy Services: Improvement Of Disturbed Body Functions Through Cooperation With Specialists In The Field Of Educational And Therapeutic Support Aimed At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using The Services - I.E. Speech Therapy. Speech Therapy Services Include, In Particular, Support For A Child Whose Speech And Communication Disorders Result From Damage Or Dysfunction Of The Central Nervous System, Voice Disorders Or Mental Diseases. The Task Of A Speech Therapist Is, In Particular, To Support The Daily Functioning Of A Person By Improving Communication With The Environment, 2) Rehabilitation Services - Physical Rehabilitation And Rehabilitation Of Disturbed Body Functions To The Extent Not Covered By The Provisions Of The Act Of August 27, 2004 On Health Care Services Financed From Public Funds - In Accordance With The Recommendations Of A Doctor Or A Specialist In The Field Of Physical Rehabilitation Or A Physiotherapist. During The Order Execution Period, Services Will Be Provided For One Child. The Expected Number Of Hours Of Services Is - In The Case Of Speech Therapy Services - 8 Hours Per Week (I.E. 416 Hours During The Order Implementation Period), In The Case Of Rehabilitation Services - 8 Hours Per Week (416 Hours During The Order Implementation Period). Total Number Of Hours - 832 Services Will Be Provided In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024.
