The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare, Prepare And Serve Meals To Pupils Of The Educational Complex In Ustka 7 Days A Week. Date: From January 2, 2024 - June 30, 2025. (I.E. 48 Students X Average Attendance Of 70%), I.E. Breakfast, Ii Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Preparing 3 Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast, Second Breakfast And Dinner For 19 Pupils Of The District Youth Dormitory And 3 Meals For 10 Pupils Staying In The District Youth Dormitory. Meals Will Be Served At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Organization Of The Facilitys Work, Based On The Attendance Lists Of The Centers Residents, Which The Ordering Party Will Provide To The Contractor. The Number Of Days Of Preparing Meals Was Determined Based On The School Year Calendar For The Center, Excluding Winter Breaks, Holidays, Christmas Breaks, Planned Holidays And Justified Absences, E.G. Illness, About Which The Contractor Will Be Informed Each Time 1 Day Before Implementation. The Contractor Leases A Kitchen And Facilities With A Total Area Of 185 M And Equipment From The Ordering Party. The Area Of Individual Rooms Is As Follows: - Kitchen Room - 50 M , - Auxiliary Rooms: Dishwashing Room, Catering Equipment Washing Room, Warehouses, Peeling Room, Cloakroom, Staff Toilet - 135 M
