Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular: A) Developing The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating For Activity, Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training And Supporting, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Life Life Activities; B) Intervention And Assistance In Family Life; C) Assistance In Dealing With Official Matters; D) Support And Assistance In Obtaining Employment; E) Assistance In Managing Money; 2. Care - Supporting The Treatment Process, Including: A) Assistance In Access To Health Services; B) Arranging And Monitoring The Dates Of Medical Visits And Diagnostic Tests; C) Assistance In Purchasing Or Ordering Medications At The Pharmacy; D) Monitoring The Intake Of Medications And Monitoring Possible Side Effects Of Their Use; E) In Particularly Justified Cases, Changing Dressings, Assistance In The Use Of Medical Aids And Materials, Orthopedic Items, As Well As In Maintaining Hygiene ; F) Assistance In Reaching Health Care Facilities; G) Assistance In Reaching Rehabilitation Facilities; 3.
