The Subject Of The Order Is To Transport Children To The Primary School In Złoty Stok, Ul. In 2024. Chemików 8 And Kindergartens In Złoty Stok, Ul. 3 Maja 10 And Mąkolnie, Mąkolno 5, Along With Providing Them With Care During Transport. Detailed Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Attachment. Obligations Of The Contractor: A) Preparing A Schedule For Transporting Children And A Timetable; B) Transporting Children To The Primary School In Złoty Stok And Kindergartens In Zło-Ty Stok And Mąkolno In Accordance With The Schedule Developed And Approved By The Ordering Party Transport And Timetable; C) Ensuring Children Are Cared For During Transport, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations; D) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 15, 1984 Transport Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 8, As Amended ) And The Act Of September 6, 2001 On Road Transport (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2201, As Amended); E) Strict Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Law On Road Traffic (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1047, As Amended); F) Transporting Students Using Vehicles That Are Technically Efficient And Approved For Traffic In Accordance With The Regulations On Passenger And Road Traffic; G) Securing, In The Event Of A Breakdown Of A Bus, A Replacement Vehicle That Meets The Above-Mentioned Requirements. Technical Requirements; H) Having Third Party Liability And Accident Insurance For Vehicles Used To Perform The Order.
