1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Municipal Office In Bia a Piska From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024, In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items, Their Possible Returns And Courier Services In Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640) In The Quantity And Types Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Number And Type Of Shipments Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Are Only Estimates And Do Not Constitute An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Send Shipments In The Given Quantities, And Do Not Constitute Grounds For The Contractor To Make Claims In The Event Of Sending Shipments In Quantities Smaller Or Larger Than The Estimated Ones. . Changes In The Quantity And/Or Type Of Shipments Do Not Constitute Grounds For Changing The Content Of The Contract Concluded With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Only For The Services Actually Performed. 4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Send Letter Items And Parcels Not Included In The Offer Form (E.G. Other Types Or Those Including Additional Services). If The Ordering Party Sends Parcels And Uses Services Not Included In The Offer Form, The Basis For Settlement Will Be The Prices From The Contractors Service Price List, Valid On The Day Of Sending/Returning The Parcel, And These Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of The Currently Applicable Regulations For The Provision Of Contractors Services. 5. The Ordering Party Will Send Parcels In An Orderly Condition. Registered Shipments Will Be Sent On The Basis Of A Shipment Summary. Unregistered Shipments And Parcels Will Be Sent On The Basis Of A Quantitative Statement. The Statements Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Transfer Of Shipments Will Be Confirmed By Entering The Date And Signing The Document Containing, Among Others: List Of Addressees.6. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To The Address Indicated On The Parcel To Every Place In The Country And Abroad Covered By The Agreement With The Universal Postal Union.7. The Execution Of The Order In Question Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Provisions On The Protection Of Personal Data. Information About Recipients (Including The Content Of Correspondence) Must Be Appropriately Secured To Prevent Access To It By Unauthorized Persons. 8. In The Event Of Loss Of A Registered Shipment, The Contractor Undertakes To Pay Compensation To The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Postal Law. 9. The Contractor Must Have A Collection Facility In The City Of Bia a Piska.10. The Facility Must Be Open Every Working Day, I.E. From Monday To Friday. 11. Postal Services Will Be Paid By The Ordering Party After The Billing Month. The Contractor Will Issue A Vat Invoice Containing A Summary Of The Quantity And Value Of Individual Postal Items. Invoices Will Be Payable By Transfer To The Bank Account Indicated By The Contractor, Within The Deadline Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form (The Ordering Partys Requirement Is A Non-Price Criterion) From The Issuance Of The Invoice (In A Paper Version Delivered To The Address Of The Municipal Office Or By E-Mail To The Ordering Partys E-Mail Address: Invoices @Bialapiska.Pl.12. If The Trade Name Of The Company, Goods Or Product Is Indicated In The Tender Documentation (Swz With Attachments), The Ordering Party - In Relation To The Parameters Or Data Directly Indicated In The Tender Documentation ( Technical Or Any Other), Identifying Directly Or Indirectly The Goods Or Product - Allows Equivalent Solutions Consistent With The Technical Data And Parameters Contained In The Above-Mentioned Documentation. Equivalent Solutions Should Be Understood As Solutions With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Required And Included In The Documentation.
