The Contractor Will Prepare And Deliver Meals While Maintaining Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements Regarding The Raw Materials Used And Production Conditions, And Will Be Responsible For Compliance With Them. Meals Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Procedures Necessary To Ensure Food And Nutrition Safety, Taking Into Account The Provisions Specified In The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety.13. The Service Provider Is Obliged To Collect Meal Samples On His Own And Store Them In Accordance With The Guidelines.14. The Contractor Is Obliged To Collect, Transport And Dispose Of Waste Related To The Catering Service And Is Therefore Responsible For The Management Of This Waste And Bears The Related Costs In Accordance With The Waste Act.15. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offered Price All Costs Related To The Subject Of The Order: Costs Of Preparing A Meal, Transport Costs And Costs Of Bringing In And Disposal.16. The Contractor Ensures, At His Own Expense And On His Own, The Continuity Of Nutrition In The Event Of Equipment Failure Or Other Circumstances That Prevent The Continuation Of The Process.
