The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services Weighing Up To And Above 50 G In Domestic Traffic And The Provision Of Postal Services Weighing Up To And Above 50 G In Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Receiving, Transporting, Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns, As Well As Collecting Items From The Ordering Partys Location, I.E. Mrągowo Commune Office At Ul. Królewiecka 60A 11-700 Mrągowo.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Postal Services In Domestic Traffic In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Letter Items: Economic (Ordinary), Priority, Registered And Return Receipt Requested, And Priority Economic Parcels And Return Receipt Requested; B) Postal Services In Foreign Trade In The Scope Of Accepting, Transporting And Delivering Registered Letter Items With Return Acknowledgment Of Receipt; C) Delivery Or Issuing Of Items Referred To In Point A And B Returned To The Ordering Party After Exhausting The Possibilities Of Delivery Or Release To The Recipient;3. The Contractor Means An Entrepreneur Authorized To Conduct Postal Activities Within The Meaning Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, Consolidated Text). 4. Detailed Scope Of Services That Are The Subject Of The Order And Estimated Quantities Of Shipments Expected To Be Assignment During The Execution Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 6 To Sw Z And Annex. No. 1 To The Offer.
