Indoor Swimming Pools Will Be Open From Monday To Saturday 6.00 - 22.00, Sunday 8.00 - 21.00, Min. 3 Rescue Stations (3 People), B. Outdoor Swimming Pools Will Be Open Every Day From 9.00 - 20.00, Min. 4 Rescue Stations (4 People), C. The Facilitys Operating Hours May Change, D. Services Will Be Provided Continuously, Excluding Technological Breaks, Breaks Due To Failures, Public Holidays And Accidental Events That Could Not Be Predicted And Prevented. 3. The Ordering Party Specifies That Persons Performing The Activities Of Rescuer Coordinators Are To Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Does Not Apply To Rescuers. In Order To Verify The Employment Of Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Provides, During The Execution Of The Order, The Possibility Of Requesting In Particular: A. Declaration Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Employment Of An Employee Under An Employment Contract, B. A Certified Copy Of The Employment Contract Of The Employed Employee, C. Other Documents Containing Information, Including Personal Data, Necessary To Verify Employment Under An Employment Contract, In Particular: Name And Surname Of The Employed Employee, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract, Scope Of The Employees Duties. The Ordering Party No Later Than Three Days Before Commencing The Provision Of The Service, Requests That The Contractor Submit A List Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Who Are To Perform The Subject Of The Order. The List Is To Contain The Following Information: Names And Surnames, Dates Of Conclusion Of Contracts, Type Of Employment Contracts And Full-Time Hours Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract. The Ordering Party May Request An Inspection By The National Labor Inspectorate. The Ordering Party Also Reserves The Right To Request Anonymized, Certified Copies Of Employment Contracts Of Employed Employees And Anonymized Certificates From The Social Insurance Institution Or The Agricultural Social Insurance Fund, Confirming The Payment Of Social And Health Insurance Contributions By The Contractor Or Subcontractor For Employment Under Employment Contracts.
