The Subject Of The Order Is The Ongoing Cleanliness Of Roads In The Jasie Commune, Along With Winter Maintenance In 2024 (For A Period Of 12 Months) In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Rules For Snow Removal And Removal Of Black Ice On Roads. Winter Road Maintenance Is Work Aimed At Reducing Or Reducing Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Weather Factors Such As Snowfall And Winter Slipperiness. Its Aim Is To Maintain Road Passability, Reduce Or Limit Road Traffic Disruptions Caused By Weather Conditions, And Conduct Winter Operations Day And Night, On Working Days And Holidays, In Various Weather Conditions. Winter Road Maintenance Will In Particular Consist In: - Removing Snow From Roads, - Removing Slush, - Combating Winter Slipperiness (Black Ice, Ice, Slipperiness) By Covering Roads And Streets With Sand With Salt Or Sand - Having A Stock Of Hardening Materials And Salt, And Current Replenishment Of Supplies Of These Agents, - Maintaining Full Technical And Operational Readiness Of Equipment To Combat Winter - Performing Duties - Cleaning Works After The Winter Season Consisting In Cleaning The Road From Excess Agents Used For Sprinkling And Cleaning The Inlets (Wells) Of The Storm Sewage System. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage, Accidents And Road Collisions And Other Events Caused By Abandonment Of Works Or As A Result Of Insufficient Winter Road Maintenance Works Or Inconsistent With Applicable Regulations. Ongoing Road Maintenance In The Jasie Commune Includes: 1) Successive Cleaning Of Roads And Sidewalks From Dirt And Their Removal And Listed In Annex 1 To This Agreement In Point 1 And 2 Over Its Entire Width. The Ordering Party Indicates That Pollutants Include, Among Others: A. Loose Materials (Earth, Sand, Other Pollutants), B. Organic Pollutants (Branches, Leaves, Other Pollutants), C. Garbage, Packaging, Organic And Inorganic Waste, D. Items Left Behind That Pose A Threat To Road Users And Pedestrians, E. Other Pollutants That May Occur On The Street And Sidewalks (And In Their Immediate Vicinity) And Left By Their Users.2) If There Are No Paved Pedestrian, Pedestrian And Bicycle Paths On The Road - The Removal Of Pollutants Applies To The Roadsides. 3) Sweeping The Road With Specialized Mechanical Equipment (Sweeper) Or Manually, With A Frequency That Allows Natural Drainage Of Rainwater And Prevents Blocking Of The Roadway (Formation Of Ponds And Puddles). 4) Cleaning And Emptying Sanitary Sewage Manholes At Least 4 (Four) Times In The Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Months, I.E. In March, May, August And November, And At The Ordering Partys Request Each Time A Free Outflow Is Blocked. 5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport The Collected Contaminants (Selectively, If Possible) Using Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose To Installations/Transfer Stations Authorized To Accept Waste Of A Given Type. The Contractor Attaches Confirmation Of Fulfillment Of The Obligation To The Invoice For The Services Provided.
