The Quantities Of Food Products Specified In The Price Form Are Estimated And May Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Implement The Contract By At Least 70%. The Contractor Will Deliver The Goods At Its Own Expense And In Its Own Packaging, Using Transport Approved By The Sanitary Authorities For Transporting Food, Fully Ensuring Its Quality And Health Safety. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, At The Times Specified In The Offer. Contact Details, Assortment And Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party After Placing The Order By Phone Or E-Mail By 14:00 At Least 1 To 3 Days Before The Delivery. The Contractor Will Immediately Confirm Receipt Of The Order By Telephone Or Electronically. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Art. Food: Long Shelf Life Of Products, Marked Packaging, No Foreign Tastes, Odors And Molds, No Mechanical Impurities; Deliveries Every Day From Monday To Friday According To The Ordering Partys Needs, Until 10.00;
