Handling Calls From Users Of The Patient Information Center Of The Patient Ombudsman In Polish, 1.3. Provision Of Outgoing Calls In Specific Situations And/Or Sms Sending,1.4. Maintaining A Knowledge Base, 1.5. Recording Information Required By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Agreement, 1.6. Submitting Current, Daily And Periodic Reports Regarding The Implementation Of Services Provided By The Contractor, 1.7.
