The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into 10 Parts (Packages) And Is Defined In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Under The Following Codes: Package - 1 Egg Cpv 03142500-3. 4. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, I.E. Packages With The Entire Assortment, Listed In Point. 3 Pursuant To Art. 7 Point 15, Art. 462 Section 1 And 2 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Procurement Packages. 5.The Given Items In The Packages Are Used To Calculate The Offer Price. 6 . Deliveries From Monday To Friday: Package 1 - Delivery From 7:00 A.M. To 7:30 Every Day5. Specific Quantities Of Food Products Are Provided As Estimates, Used To Calculate The Offer Price, And May Change (Decrease Or Increase). 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Ordered Food Items While Maintaining Unit Prices, And For This Reason The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Additional Claims Against The Ordering Party. 7. The Ordering Party Requires That Each Item In The Price Form Be Completed. Failure By The Bidder To Complete The Substantive Items Of The Offer Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Of This Contractor. 8. Food Products Should Meet The Requirements Of Current Food Law, In Particular The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 In On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 1154). 9. Food Products Must Be Delivered In Unit Packages Described In The Price Form Or In Packaging With A Weight Very Similar, But Not Less Than That Described By The Ordering Party, They Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Corresponding To Quality Standards, In The Initial Warranty Period Ensuring Safe Use. 10. Deliveries Of Goods Must Be Made Using Means Of Transport Intended For Transporting Food In Accordance With Applicable Sanitary Regulations - Maintaining Separate Transport, Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Refuse To Accept The Delivered Goods If There Are Any Irregularities As To The Quality Or Shelf Life Of A Given Product, Or If It Is Transported In Unsuitable Conditions. 11. If A Delivery Is Found To Be Of Poor Quality, Unfit For Consumption Or Expired, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately (No Later Than The Next Day After Notification) Replace The Batch Of Goods With A Fresh One, Suitable For Consumption. 12. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Ordered Goods In The Event Of A Change In The Number Of Students, Which The Ordering Party Is Currently Unable To Precisely Determine. 13. Services Must Be Provided Based On Current Guidelines Of The Ministry Of Health, The Chief Sanitary Inspector And The Ministry Of National Education.
