The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Related To The Organization And Administration Of Paid Parking Lots In The City Of Karpacz, Along With The Performance Of Service Activities - 2024: 1) Organization, Equipment And Operation Of Paid Parking Lots Within The City Limits; 2) Carrying Out Technical And Organizational Activities Related To Collecting Parking Fees And Ongoing Maintenance Of Paid Parking Lots And Their Equipment;3) Debt Collection For Unpaid Additional Fees For Parking A Vehicle In Paid Parking Lots Without A Valid Parking Ticket.2. To Prepare Offers, 460 Currently Designated Parking Spaces Should Be Accepted.3. The Contractor Will Make The Necessary Vertical And Horizontal Markings Resulting From The Traffic Management Designs.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter And Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Annex To Swz.5. A Detailed Description (Drawings - Site Plans) Is Presented In The Graphic Attachments To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Envisages Awarding The Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 And 8 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E.: 1) Arrangement And Equipment Of Paid Parking Lots, Approximately 1-2 Parking Meters And Other Devices Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Paid Parking Lots; 2) Technical And Administrative Supervision And Comprehensive Service Ensuring Constant Operational Readiness Of Technical Devices And Computer Equipment;3) Collecting Parking Fees And Additional Fees On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Settling These Revenues And Transferring Them To The Ordering Party;4) Controlling The Payment Of Parking Fees.
