Performing The Function Of Investor Supervision Inspector Over The Implementation Of Construction Works Including The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837L From Km 3 + 472.15 To Km 12 + 300 Carried Out As Part Of Two Investment Tasks Entitled 1) Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837L In The Commune Of Leśniowice And Żmudź Including The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837L On The Section From Km 3+472.15 To Km 7+700.2) Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837L In The Żmudź Commune Including The Expansion Of The District Road No. 1837L From Km 7+700 To Km 12+300 , As Part Of The Funding Obtained From The Polish Government Fund: Strategic Investments Program. Contractors Obligations. The Basic Obligations And Rights Of The Contractor As Well As The Formal And Legal Basis For The Activities Of The Investor Supervision Inspector Are Specified In Art. 25 And 26 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law. The Detailed Type Of Works And Their Full Scope And Implementation Conditions Are Specified In The Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Contract For The Performance Of Construction Works (Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz): 1) Construction Design (Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design ),2) Construction And Executive Design For The Removal Of Power Conflicts,3) Permanent Traffic Organization Design,4) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior), 5) Bills Of Quantities.
