1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Meals For Students In The Canteen Of The Primary School In Jawornik Polski And The Complex Of Schools And Institutions In Manasterz, As Well As The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Students Of The Primary School In Hucisko Jawornicki (From The School In Manasterz).1.2 The Set Of Dishes Is Included In Annex No. 2 To Swz.1.3 The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A Monthly Menu Prepared At Least 7 Days Before Its Planned Validity. The Menu Consists Of 20 Dishes Listed In The List Of Dishes Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. Each Dish May Be Selected For Preparation And Served To Children No More Than Once A Month.1.4 Meals Should Be Prepared Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Education System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Feeding Of Children And Adolescents In These Units - Annex No. 2 To This Regulation (In Accordance With The Currently Applicable Legal Act). The Description Of Products Used To Prepare Meals Can Be Found In Annex No. 4. The Use Of Purchased Semi-Finished Products Such As Dumplings Or Frozen Croquettes. These Dishes Should Be Prepared Entirely On Site. Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Service Will Concern Feeding Children In Schools Located In The Jawornik Polski Commune. 2) Meals Prepared At The School In Jawornik Polski And Manasterz Will Be Served To Students Of These Schools In School Canteens Due To For Joint Use. Meals Will Be Served On Plates By The Contractors Employees.3) Meals Prepared At The School In Manasterz For Students From The Facility In Hucisko Jawornicki Will Be Delivered By The Contractor Using His Own Or Contracted Transport, In Certified Thermos Flasks Ensuring That The Meals Are Kept Hot Enough, At Hours Agreed With The School Principals. Meals Will Be Served At This Facility By The Contractors Employees. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For Collecting Dirty Dishes. 4) Meals Will Be Served On School Days In Accordance With The School Schedule Established By School Principals. I.E. Meals Will Be Provided From Monday To Friday, Excluding Summer Holidays, Holidays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays And School Holidays. (Note: The Numbers Given Are Not The Scope Of The Order) Approximate Number Of Lunches Per Day - Approximately 210. Number Of School Days During The Order Period Is 101. Estimated Number Of Meals During The Order Period Is 21,210. This Is An Estimated Value And Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor May Make Any Claims Regarding The Actual Amount Due For The Performance Of The Contract.8) The Expected Number Of Meals During The Order Period For The Primary School In Jawornik Polski Is 12,120 Meals, And For The Complex Of Schools And Institutions In Manasterz Is 9,090 Meals.9) Prepared Meals Will Be Based On The Menu Prepared By The Ordering Party. In Months When The Number Of School Days Is Greater Than 20, The Ordering Party Indicates The Type Of Meals Missing From The Menu.10) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Lunches Depending On The Students Interest (Attendance). School Estimated Number Of Meals Per Day: Primary School In Jawornik Polski 120 Teams Schools And Institutions In Manasterz 80Hucisko Jawornickie 10Other Circumstances Of The Subject Of The Order: A) The Entire Process Of Preparing Meals May Take Place Only In The Kitchen Rooms In The Building Of The Jawornik Polski School And In The Building Of The School In Manasterzub) The Contractor Will Be Provided With The Loan Of Kitchen Rooms Equipped With Devices And Equipment For Preparing Meals Based On An Agreement With The Headmaster Of Schools In Jawornik And Manasterz. The Contractor Bears Full Financial Responsibility For The Rooms Provided For Loan And The Equipment Of These Rooms. C) The Contractor Will Bear Fixed Costs Determined In A Lump Sum: Kuchnia Manasterz Pln 4,678.98 Gross Per Month, Kuchnia Jawornik Polski Pln 5,702.80 Gross Per Month. This Amount Includes The Costs Of: Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewage, Waste, Heating, Cleaning Costs, Equipment Depreciation, Renovation Fund, Etc. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Ongoing Cleanliness Of The Rooms In Accordance With The Sanitary And Hygienic Conditions (Regulations) In Force During Preparing Meals In School Facilities. Rent Is Payable In Advance At Least 3 Days Before The Beginning Of The Month, With The Exception Of The First Contractual Month - Then The Rent Is Payable Up To 7 Days After Signing The Contract, To The Accounts Of The Schools Where Meal Preparation Services Will Be Provided. Pln 500 Contractual Penalty For Each Day Of Delay. A Delay Of More Than 14 Days Means Termination Of The Contract. D) The Contractor Is Also Responsible For The Delivery Of Reusable Tableware - Porcelain Or Ceramic - Clean And Scalded (Plates, Etc.), Pots And Cutlery - Necessary For The Purposes Of Providing The Service - The Use Of Disposable Sets Is Excluded Along With With Disposable Cutlery. G) The Contractor Is Obliged To Take All Necessary Actions To Properly Calculate The Offer And Correct Execution Of The Order. H) The Ordering Party Has Made Every Effort To Comply With The Conditions Competitiveness. If, Despite This, Proper Names, Markings Or Parameters Indicating A Specific Product Appear In The Text Of Any Type Of Documentation, It Should Always Be Treated As An Exemplary Solution And An Equivalent Solution Can Be Used Under The Conditions Adopted In This Terms Of Reference. I) The Ordering Party Envisages Settlement On The Basis Of An Invoice Issued For Given Month. The Issued Invoices Will Be Accompanied By A List Of The Quantities Of Meals Served, Confirmed By The Director Or A Person Authorized By The Director.J) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Requirements And Obligations Introduced In The Terms Of Reference. This May Occur If The Regulations Applicable During The Conduct Of The Proceedings Or The Implementation Of The Contract Introduce Exclusions Or The Possibility Of Waiving From The Given / Applicable Requirements.
