The Contractor May Propose A Product With Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Swz.4) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Names Of Materials And Products Of Specific Manufacturers, This Should Be Treated Only As A Definition Of The Desired Standard And Quality. In All Such Situations, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Materials And Products With At Least The Same Parameters. Product Equivalence Means Offering A Product Whose Technical Parameters Of The Materials Used Are At Least The Same As Those Described In The Swz. If An Equivalent Solution Is Offered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate The Equivalence Of The Solutions Used. 5) If The Ordering Party Uses Trademarks, Proper Names, Etc.
