The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Acting As An Investors Supervision Inspector In The Implementation Of The Task Construction Of A Public Kindergarten In Mietk w - Stage I, Which Includes: 1) Performing An Advisory And Consulting Function At The Design Stage, Including Supervision Over The Implementation And Verification Of Design Documentation In The Field Of Design 6- A Departmental Kindergarten For 150 Children, Without Architectural Barriers, Including, Among Others: 6 Classrooms For Children, A Catering Center In The Form Of A Full Kitchen With A Canteen, A Cloakroom Hall, Administrative, Social, Sanitary, Utility And Technical Rooms; O Taking Into Account The Nature And Functions Described In The Functional And Utility Program, The Functional And Utility Concept And The Kitchen Technology Concept.2) Performing Investor Supervision Over The Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works In All Industries Covered By The Documentation Design, In The Scope Of: 2.1 Construction Of The Kindergarten Building To The Closed Shell State; A) Zero Stage: - Earthworks - Foundations - Waterproofing And Thermal Insulation Of Foundations, B) Closed Shell Stage: - External Walls - Internal Walls - Beams, Tie Beams And Beams - Flat Roof - Waterproofing, Vapor Barrier, Thermal Insulation Of The Flat Roof - Flat Roof - Drainage, Roof Drains And Downpipes Hidden In The Building Wall - Flat Roof - Sheet Metal Flashings - Substrates (Including Lean Concrete) And Channels Inside The Building - Underfloor Installations - Window Joinery - External Door Joinery2. 2 Construction Of Networks And Connections Necessary For The Operation Of The Facility: A) Reconstruction Of Existing Technical Infrastructure Networks That Collide With The Investment: - Rainwater Drainage B) Construction Of Networks And Technical Infrastructure Connections: - Water Supply Connection - External Installation Of Sanitary Sewage - External Storm Sewage - Power Connection3) Support The Ordering Party In Technical, Administrative And Financial Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order /Detailed Scope Of The Service/ Is Attached As Annex 8 To This Specification Of Terms Of Order. The Functional And Utility Programs, The Architectural Concept And The Kitchen Technology Concept Constitute Annex No. 10 To This Specification Of Terms Of Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In Annex No. 9 To These Terms Of Reference.
