1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Universal Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic, In The Scope Of Collecting, Sorting, Moving And Delivering Postal Items (Letter Items And Postal Parcels) For The Needs Of The District Office In Wroc aw, As Well As The Provision Of Non-Universal Postal Services Consisting In The Collection Of Postal Items. District Office In Wroc aw And The Delivery Of Any Returns, Which Will Be Implemented According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In Generally Applicable Law, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of November 23, 2012, Postal Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1640, As Amended), For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Indicated In The Contract (Planned Start Date Is January 1, 2024), But No Longer Than Until The Contract Amount Is Exhausted. 2. Universal And Non-Universal Postal Services Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Include: 1) Postal Services In Domestic And Cross-Border Traffic Regarding Letters, In Terms Of Their Receipt, Sorting, Transportation And Delivery; 2) Postal Services In Domestic And Cross-Border Traffic Regarding Parcels, Including Their Receipt, Sorting, Transportation And Delivery; 3) Delivering To The Ordering Party Returns Of Acknowledgments Of Receipt And Undelivered Shipments (Letter Items And Postal Parcels), After Exhausting All Possibilities Of Their Delivery Or Delivery To The Addressee/Recipient.3.
