1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Distribution Of Hot Meals And The Provision Of A Place To Eat Meals For The Residents Of The Social Services Center In Starachowice.2. Hot Meals Will Be Served On Working Days. For Saturday And Sunday, The Contractor Will Serve A Hot Meal On Friday. On Public Holidays, The Contractor Will Serve A Hot Meal On The Preceding Day.3. The Estimated Number Of Meals In The Period From January 1, 2024 To December 31, 2024 Will Be A Maximum Of 25,000 Meals (I.E. Approximately 68 Meals A Day).4. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Service And The Inability To Precisely Estimate The Size Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce It. In The Event Of A Reduction In The Number Of Meals, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim In This Respect. The Ordering Party Estimates That The Reduction In The Size Of The Subject Of The Order Will Not Exceed 30% In Relation To The Quantity Specified In Point 3.5. If The Contractor Is Selected And The Contract Is Concluded, He Will Be Obliged To Start Providing Services, I.E. Serving Hot Meals, On January 1, 20246. The Place Of Preparation, Distribution And Consumption Must Be Located Within The City Of Starachowice.7. The Ordering Party Requires That The Room For Eating Hot Meals Can Accommodate At Least 50 People At A Time - Residents Of The Social Services Center.8. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Services Of Serving Hot Meals From 12.30 To 14.30 From Monday To Friday.9.
